About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and develop data solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and data modeling skills, with 3-5 years of experience in BI development. A key part of this role also involves creating clear and comprehensive documentation for data processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
� Develop and implement data solutions to support decision-making processes.
� Design, develop, and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards.
� Build and optimize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages/data pipelines for data integration and ETL processes.
� Design and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
� Develop and maintain data models to ensure efficient data architecture and reporting.
� Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
� Conduct testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
� Document data processes, solutions, and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and maintainability.
� Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data improvements and reporting solutions.
� Translate business requirements into actionable data models, reports, and dashboards.
� Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
� 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Developer, or similar role.
� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
� Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
� Hands-on experience with SSRS for creating reports and dashboards.
� Experience building and managing SSIS packages/data pipelines for ETL and data integration.
� Proven experience in data modeling to support BI solutions and reporting needs.
� Experience with Power BI to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
� Ability to document data solutions, workflows, and technical processes clearly and effectively.
� Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
� Knowledge of data warehouse design principles and concepts.
� Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Azure/Fabric data stack is a plus.
� Familiarity with Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
� Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay Range - 90-110K
