Our client, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst for SailPoint. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, optimizing critical business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Position: Business Analyst – SailPoint Lifecycle Management
Duration: 1 year
Location: Plano, Texas, United States

Work Arrangement: Flexible but mostly on site.

Role Summary:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements to support SailPoint Lifecycle Management initiatives. This includes analyzing and optimizing IAM processes, collaborating closely with development and operations teams, managing Agile workflows using Jira, and supporting the testing and deployment of SailPoint configurations and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize Identity and Access Management processes, focusing on SailPoint Lifecycle Management.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of IAM solutions.
- Utilize Jira to manage Agile workflows and track project progress.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of SailPoint configurations and enhancements.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ/ISC or similar IAM tools.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in business process analysis and documentation.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Lifecycle Management using IIQ/ISC or comparable tools.
- Solid background in IAM concepts and best practices.
- Skilled in managing Agile workflows and project tracking via Jira.

Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to IAM (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise-scale IAM implementations (preferred).
