Main Role: Non-ERP System Coordinator – Facilitating system integration issues/impacts between SAP and local systems.
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Location: Remote + Business trip to Pittsburg, PA (Travel expenses paid separately)

Responsibilities:
* Gather detailed interface field change information from the SAP Application Team, Client IT, Client Biz Users, regarding updates from legacy interfaces. (Note: Documentation may be limited, requiring individual meetings with SAP team members to extract sufficient details.)
* Need to examine the change points if those change points can be addressed in SAP side or the local system side. Need to be able to negotiate with App teams. if the changes points should be addressed in SAP side.Explain the identified change points to local system owners, which may include third-party vendors, and assess the modification impacts and necessary development estimates.
* Consider data migration needs and Cutover Plan needs, as code structures may differ between the legacy and SAP systems. Organize the business impact points and cost/time estimates gathered from both the SAP Application Team and local system owners, and confirm the final modification direction with client IT managers. Once the direction is confirmed, communicate and share the information with both SAP and local teams, and monitor the progress of development and testing activities.
* Need to coordinate Test/Data Migration/Cutover plan with different teams.

Expectations:
* This role requires a highly proactive individual who can independently arrange and lead discussions with the SAP Application Teams, client IT members, and local system owners.
* Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to initiate and drive conversations via meetings, phone calls, MS Teams chats, and email correspondence.
* Required SAP and Core skills:Experience with SAP SCM modules (either, SD, MM, PP ,or WM) through at least one full-cycle system implementation.
* Experience in data migration (mapping between legacy systeAP SCM modulems and SAP) and system interface development (mapping between local systems and SAP).
* Ability to document and present issue discussions with MS PowerPoint and conduct data analysis (such like graphical and pivot analysis) using MS Excel.
