Pay Rate: OPEN/Market Rate (W2 Only)

**Must be LOCAL or willing to RELOCATE at your own expense**

Hybrid: Onsite Tue-Thur // Remote Mon & Fri until 9/2/25, must work onsite 4 days a week
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm�

Manufacturing Systems Project Lead is supporting maintenance Standards and Parts team with development and deployment of regional Stamping Inventory Control Systems. This includes supporting daily production in the Stamping Shops throughout for stamped steel materials systems to control inventory and collect usage data to support daily production. They will interact with Stamping Manufacturing and Engineering Teams along with Production Control, and accounting teams to develop and deploy steel inventory systems and processes in North America. This role supports the deployment of STAMPS (Steel Blank Inventory Traceability System) and CDTS (Coil Data Tracking System) to stamping shops across North America.

PROJECT: MSP Stores Operations and Materials Control team supports the business process of managing inventory from procurement of materials, control of inventory, issuing of inventory, and payment for Indirect Parts and Direct Raw Materials.
Our team supports daily operations processes and SAP system issues for North America with a goal of standardizing system process and operation to best support daily manufacturing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:�
• Leads projects related to the STAMPS/CDTS system team helping to deploy, test, and Kaizen system hardware and software in support of Stamping production.
• Support Manufacturing, Maintenance and project management skills to use in support of these projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS/Experience:
** The ideal candidate will have Manufacturing experience either in Stamping or Maintenance with a strong background in project management and/or system development, a proven track record in either area. Candidates with a professional
background in Manufacturing Maintenance, Manufacturing System development, or Stamping Experience would be preferred.
• Experienced with Project Management with excellent interpersonal skills to support all sides of these projects.
• Manufacturing experience either in Stamping or Maintenance with a strong background in project management and/or system development.
• Experienced with Manufacturing, Maintenance and Project Mgmt

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to TRAVEL 20% for project deployment and support meetings (international (Mexico/Canada)
- Has a valid Passport with no travel restrictions or able to obtain a Passport if hired.
