**Our client, a leading provider of systems engineering solutions, is seeking a Jr. IT Technician to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to grow in IT support while gaining hands-on experience with Power Apps development.**

**Role Summary:**
Our client’s Jr. IT Technician will provide daily technical support, troubleshoot systems, and assist in Power Apps development. Ideal for candidates with a basic coding background and a passion for IT, this role combines foundational support responsibilities with opportunities to learn and contribute to innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and system-related queries via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating unresolved problems to senior teams.
- Perform system maintenance (software updates, backups, security checks) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Collaborate on Power Apps development, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including designing new features.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and user guides for knowledge sharing.
- Track and manage IT assets, including procurement and deployment of hardware/software.
- Deliver onsite support as needed, with flexibility to travel to client locations.

**Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- Entry-level experience or internships in IT support or related fields.
- Basic coding proficiency (e.g., Power Fx or similar languages).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps development and design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Required Skills/Experience:**
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and Windows OS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

**Other Skills:**
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Experience with Japanese language is advantageous.
