Position: Civil Field (ACS) Engineer
JOB REF#: 43239 - 1382219
Duration: 12+ Months (On-going Contract)
Location: ONSITE - Georgetown, KY 40324
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $73.00 per hour (W2 Only)

**This role is 100% ONSITE (Ideally looking for LOCAL candidates or your must be willing to relocate at your own expense) **

HOURS: MON-FRI 8am- 5pm (EST)

A global company is seeking to hire an experienced ACS Field Engineer to support various plant facilities projects

Serve as "Subject Matter Expert" related to ACS (Architectural, Civil, Structural) systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules.
• Provide internal review of ACS system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with related local, state, national codes, facility operations and standards.
• Shop drawing review, RFI processing and Kanban completion for ACS systems.
• Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.
• Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.
• Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages.

IDEAL candidate MUST have the following:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
• Possess Strong hands-on experience with commercial and Industrial buildings.
• Must have experience leading, supervising, working onsite and supported large teams.
• Must have Strong hands-on experience with steel (bars, bolts, etc.) and concrete.
• Able to conduct quality checks/verification on site.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years in Construction Management, specifically in the Industrial or Commercial Building sectors (REQUIRED)
** NOT looking for candidates who is experience is with Construction Bridges or Transportation/Roads** 
• 5+ years in Civil in design field (Structural foundations/buildings)                                                                                                                           
• Experience in design development for Civil Structural systems.                   
• Hands-on experience managing construction activities within industrial or commercial environments, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within regulations.                                     
• Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.                        
• Good organizational skills, communication skills, schedule management skills.                          
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Other Requirements:
• Must be able to travel 50% domestically
• Must be able to work extensive Over-Time, up to 60 hours
• Able to work weekdays, weekends, shutdown, and holidays when required

DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience using Bluebeam and AutoCAD
