**Role Summary:**
The Network Support Engineer will manage day-to-day onsite/on-call network operations, troubleshoot critical issues, and optimize network performance across large-scale enterprise environments. This role is pivotal in maintaining stable network infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders, and proactively addressing challenges to support business continuity.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and configure enterprise network devices (LAN/WAN, Wireless, Voice, AV) to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and execute network change procedures to minimize business disruptions.
- Resolve complex network issues, collaborating with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Create network maintenance plans, refine configurations, and document processes for efficient management.
- Lead network improvement initiatives, including redesigns, security enhancements, and hybrid cloud integration.
- Monitor network performance, identify risks/opportunities, and report status to stakeholders.
- Support network projects, audits, and compliance requirements to drive operational excellence.

**Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise networking.
- Expertise with dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), network security (Firewalls, NAC), and cloud/virtual networking.
- Strong familiarity with hybrid environments (e.g., Azure, Zscaler) and automation tools like Ansible/Python.
- Proven ability to write technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders.

**Required Skills/Experience:**
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing/switching, and network design best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of wired/wireless switching (WLC, LAP) and security protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring, configuration backups, and geofencing solutions.
- Fluent in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio experience a plus.

**Other Skills:**
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving agility.
- Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Certifications: CCNP or CCNA preferred; Firewall management (Cisco/Palo Alto) advantageous.
