Our client, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst. This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead complex projects and drive business process improvements using NetSuite ERP.

**Position:** Business Analyst
**Duration:** 6 Months+ (renewable)
**Location:** 100% Remote – prefers ET
**Shift Hours:** 8AM-5PM ET
**Work Arrangement:** Remote

**Role Summary:**
The successful candidate will analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and lead efforts to improve business processes using NetSuite ERP. You will collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including software engineers, program managers, and senior executives, to drive large and complex scrum-based projects to successful completion.

**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Work with business stakeholders to determine business and technical requirements for new features/functions.
- Collaborate with scrum team members to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Analyze and document business processes, system workflows, and functional requirements to develop optimal solutions within NetSuite.
- Develop user stories and establish product backlogs for scrum teams.
- Lead release planning and assist with the road-mapping process.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through clearly defined acceptance criteria and acceptance testing.
- Provide input to and review of all related project documentation.
- Engage in defect triage and customer support issues as needed.

**Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- Proven experience in leading large and complex scrum-based projects.
- Experience with Netsuite, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics (Nice to have)
- Understanding of various payment mechanisms: credit cards, debit cards, EMV, and emerging payment technologies.

**Required Skills/Experience:**
- Bachelor Degree – preferably in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Excellent Agile project delivery skills with at least three years of experience in successful scrum projects.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and technical skills.
- Strong analytical and product management skills.
- Ability to drive scrum estimating techniques to develop project estimates.
- Leadership and organizational skills to drive projects to successful completion.

**Other Skills:**
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range - 25.00- 28.38 hourly
