Position: Process Coordinator

Location: ONSITE - Plano, TX 75024
Pay Rate: $26.62.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)

HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 2 days a week. (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Global company is seeking a PROCESS COORDINATOR to help support our various business processes in marketing, customer support, and mobility operations.

Daily Tasks:
1) Help document operating procedures for our call center agents
2) Help with knowledge management
3) Support vehicle onboarding activities (such as title management, inventory management, coordination with vendors)
4) Help analyze data.

Process & Operations Management:
• Help manage general business processes
· Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
· Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
· Help with data gathering and analytics

Knowledge Management:
• Facilitate regular reviews with OPERATIONS TEAMS, ensuring their insights are incorporated to maintain document accuracy and completeness.
• Support the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager in developing standardized templates for customer service agents
• Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
**Candidate must have a stable work history and College degree**
• 3+ years of Process management or equivalent experience
• Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
• Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience facilitating meetings
• College Degree is REQUIRED

DESIRED SKILLS
• Fleet management experience
• Experience working with call center agents
