Pay Rate: $74.00 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID: Candidate must be able to work ONSITE 3 days a week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Sr. Project Manager will provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of his/her team. This role will be working closely with multiple areas of North American (Sales, Parts, Service, Finance etc.), in addition to managing vendor suppliers. They will report to the Dealer Applications Unit Lead, responsible for working with all levels of business and technical management and teams to guide the delivery of both strategic and tactical projects.

Project Manager will manage a team focused on delivering a high-quality Dealer Communication System (DCS) that meets current and future dealer and business needs. This candidate must exhibit drive, thought leadership and have very strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions, including understanding business and technical aspects of the system and navigating a highly complex multi-organization ecosystem. In addition to project managing the development of the DCS, this individual will also be involved in developing and delivering proposals, dashboards, and presentations to all levels of business and management.

Daily Tasks include:
- Manage the design, development & implementation of the Dealer Communication System (DCS) across multiple business areas.
- Maintain a high performing team comprised of associate, contingent staff members, and vendor partners.
- Project Managed project plans, schedules, budgets and quality commitments, and define and implement the processes and methodologies (AGILE/Waterfall) to enable robust delivery and operation of large-scale dealer-facing applications
in a multi-partner ecosystem.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Strong customer mindset, having designed, developed and implemented Communication Systems across multiple business areas.
• Technical understanding of mobile, web, services-based solutions
• 5+ years of Project Management, having managed end to end projects, including project plans, schedules, reports and budgets up to $5M.
• 5+ years managing, defining and implementing processes and methodologies (AGILE and Waterfall) projects
• 5+ years technical systems management delivering both strategic and tactical projects
• 3+ years managing professionals that lead teams, groups, and vendors
• 3+ years experience working with business groups and enterprise organizations such as Legal, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, etc.
• 2+ years procuring and managing outsourced and offsite partners
• Ability to plan, set and govern strategic and tactical direction to support the organization’s goals
• Must have experience developing and delivering proposals, dashboards, and presentations to all levels of business and management
• Experience in management level presentations
• Experience delivering high volume transaction applications
• Experience with developing and managing a budget (at least $5M)
• Experience leading and/or providing application development and portfolio support
• EDUCATION: IS-related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Experience with large-scale transactional and/or Business-To-Business (B2B) applications, including Client-Server, SaaS, and PaaS
• Experience with Liferay platform implementations desirable
• Experience with dealer automotive systems, DCS/DMS projects or other technology projects
