Position: Jr. Business Continuity Management (BCM), Analyst ($29.41)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Location: HYBRID - Plano, TX 75024
Pay Rate: $36.76 per hour (W2 ONLY)

HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE at least one week each quarter (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity.

Responsibilities Include:
•�Coordinates the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
•�Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
•�Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
•�1+ years of BCM (Business Continuity management) experience
** MUST have experience with Archer BCM (Business Continuity Mgmt) module and Lucidchart tool
•�Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
•�Good communication & Multi-task
•�Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•�Education: High School Diploma is required

DESIRED SKILLS
•�2+ years financial services, preferably auto finance experience
•�Education: Bachelor’s in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience.
•�Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
•�Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have
