Responsible for hands-on technical support and management of staging, imaging, Okta, Microsoft systems, Windows 10 & 11, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in deploying and managing IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the staging and imaging process for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment to ensure consistent and efficient deployment.
· Configure and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions to manage user authentication and authorization.
· Manage Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services.
· Deploy and support Windows 10 & 11 operating systems across the organization, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.
· Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure and monitor mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
· Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to staging, imaging, Okta, Microsoft systems, and MDM solutions.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff, sharing best practices and industry trends.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in IT infrastructure, security, and management.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Okta certification, MDM certification) preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on staging, imaging, Okta, Microsoft systems, Windows operating systems, and MDM solutions.
· Deep understanding of Okta identity and access management solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.
· Proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365.
· Experience with Windows 10 & 11 deployment and management, including image creation, customization, and deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Autopilot).
· Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and configuration management tasks.
· Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
· Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
· Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
· Project management skills and experience leading IT infrastructure projects.
