Our client, a leading Mutli National Financial company, is seeking a resourceful FIX Onboarding and Production Support Specialist.

** 5 days onsite to start but will evolve into hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 remote after 3 months.

Client is seeking a hands-on FIX Onboarding and Production Support Specialist who will be part of our Equity IT DevOps team supporting Equities, Options, Futures and Post trading allocations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical background with experience working with FIX Protocol and troubleshooting associated technical issues.
Main responsibility will be working with clients to onboard them into our FIX trading platform and provide ongoing support to provide the highes level of customer safisfaction.

* Work with clients as well Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings to meet their needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related with FIX connectivity, Onboarding , working with Internal as well External team if required.
* Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that FIX onboarding and Production support are in line with the Business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of Clients Onboarding and production support activities and update knowledge base/wiki on regular basis.
* Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems, or vice versa
* Co-ordinate the release of new applications and FIX configurations and enhancements with external clients

Skills:
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with ability to strong relationship with clients and internal stake holders.
* Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Education:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Min 5+ years' experience working with FIX protocols with deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.
