Position: Sr. Project Manager (Customer Data Platform)

Location: HYBRID - Torrance, CA 90501
Rate: $75.00 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 2 days a week (MUST BE LOCAL)

Sr. Project Manager will manage the transition of their legacy in-house legacy Customer database to modern Customer Data Platform (CDP) system and related projects, using CDP- Treasure Data . This includes managing large scale web and apps interaction analytics, Web/App Tagging, and Cookie Mgmt related projects. They will deliver Adobe Analytics and OneTrust technologies that support the management of Interaction program. The contract engagement is multi-year and will involve SAFe delivery throughout the overall project lifecycle.

PROJECTS INITIATIVES:
• Sunsetting legacy system
• Migrate existing customer functionalities to new platform
• Manage marketing campaigns to new platform
• Manage various customer segments
• Support customer journey using various data (including vehicle Telematics data)
• Manage external business vendors

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- A core resource within the Marketing Technology unit operating as a senior PM assigned to project
- Grow the knowledge on internal methodology and build a strong working knowledge of the digital properties assigned to the Marketing Technology IT unit
- Implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations, including tracking project milestones
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
- Manage and monitor project financials (project budgets, forecasts, variances, invoices)
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
- Assess project status and proactively manage changes in scope and priorities throughout project
- Manage project communications and status reports across project team, IT Leadership, and Business Stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas and external vendors
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans
- Be a core resource within the Marketing Technology unit operating as a senior PM assigned to projects


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 6+ years of Project Management, managing all phases of the SDLC, including project plans, schedules, reports, project activities and budgets
• MUST have EXTENSIVE experience delivering Agile, Scrum and SaFe methodologies and models
• Possess a Technical background, able to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects
• Experience managing/monitoring project financials (project budgets, forecasts, variances, invoices)
• Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective communication and guidance for technical teams such as ARB (Architectural Review Board)
• Experienced with RFP and vendor selection
• Ability to create and present materials for Lean Business Case and Quarterly Business Review with the product owner
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience managing/leading Interaction Analytics (web and app tagging) programs
• Experience MarTech background, managing web and app tagging, cookie mgmt, and analytics related type projects
• Experience with Marketing Technologies include: Adobe Launch/Analytics, Personalization- Salesforce, Cookie tool- OneTrust
• Experience with CDP- Treasure Data exposure
• Experience delivering consumer facing websites, digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations
• PMP certified
