Location	Irvine, CA

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to drive technology initiatives in support of our expansion project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to align IT goals with the overall objectives.

Responsibilities:
� Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
� Drive the technical delivery of IT’s strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
� Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
� Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
� Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
� Ensure the technical delivery complies with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS- as defined by the cybersecurity.

Qualifications:
� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
� 7+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
� Strong technical background with expertise in networking, systems administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
� Experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
� Strong understanding of healthcare IT
� Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and initiatives.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
� Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT goals with business objectives and drive innovation.
� Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing and empowering employees.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are a plus

Pay Range - 75-85/hr
