About You

We are looking for an experienced migration engineer with a proven track record of successfully executing tenant-to-tenant migrations and AD consolidation projects across diverse enterprise environments. You should possess exceptional expertise in discovery, planning, and execution phases of a migration projects.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Lead Migration Projects: Take charge of end-to-end migration projects, ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies' Active Directory and Office 365 into the organization's environment.

2. Utilise 3rd Party Tools: Leverage your expertise in using various 3rd party migration tools like Quest, Bittitan, BinaryTree, Quadrotech, ShareGate, etc., to facilitate smooth and efficient migrations.

3. Native Microsoft Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in handling intra-forest migrations using native Microsoft tools.

4. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during migration, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.

5. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.


Skills And Abilities

- Proven experience with at least one 3rd party migration tool for AD migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations (e.g., Quest, Bittitan, BinaryTree, Quadrotech, ShareGate).

- In-depth knowledge of native Microsoft tools for intra-forest migration.

- Strong analytical skills to assess migration requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and precision throughout migration processes.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple migration projects simultaneously.

- Problem-solving aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related challenges.

- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
