HYBRID: This role is mostly REMOTE, but you must be willing/able to work onsite when required (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY).

A global company is seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Product Manager for the Digital Product Team, which supports the distinguished client's Finance and Financial websites for the customer service agent console and other digital tools. This rapidly growing product team is called Innovation and Digital DevOps (IDDO) unit. They support the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Department within Captive Finance IT (CF IT) Division. They serve a world class captive finance organization which finances automobile, power sports, jet and insurance offerings for customers.

PRODUCTS INCLUDE:
• FINANCE WEBSITES: Expand self-service functionality to enable customers to easily manage their accounts online
• SERVICE CONSOLE + AGENT KNOWLEDGE: Customer service representatives use console to serve customer requests. Knowledge summarizes standard operating procedures to help representatives understand how best to do their jobs
• CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS / MARKETING CLOUD PLATFORM: Customer communications via message center, email, SMS, web notifications, banner notifications and partner managed messages.

Utilize technical background to Manage platform strategy, architecture quality and digital product management:
PLATFORM STRATEGY – SALESFORCE: Possess robust Salesforce product expertise and credentials. Utilize platform roadmap to maximize our product roadmap. Care and feeding of technical platform that enable all customer activity on the websites. Create and monitor health, utilization, technical debt and other metrics and improvement plans
ARCHITECTURE QUALITY: Assure quality through oversight of technical architecture design, delivery and support. You oversee architectural resources to craft business, solution and integration architecture. You understand OOTB platform capabilities and iterate on proofs of concept for feasibility and fit.
ROADMAP + DECISION MAKING: As a strategic senior level role who 3-year roadmaps as a catalyst for change to evangelize and transform to next generation capabilities. You are comfortable with ambiguity, evolve to changing conditions and are fundamentally analytical, analyzing data to generate insights and provide steady influence to define and meet goals. You perform decision analysis on tool and vendor selections.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT – CUSTOMER FACING + PAYMENTS EXCELLENCE: Owns tools utilized by millions of users. We seek candidates who have delivered experiences for top brands. You oversee product management and production support, partnering with peer product managers. You triage incidents and bugs. A strong plus, you have experience with payment processing, financial services or captive finance industry.
PROJECT LEADER: Directly manages and provides coaching to Product Owners and Business Analysts. This role oversees architecture, UX and testing resources. The role leads AGILE SCRUM teams and engages development, marketing, legal and other business / IT / enterprise stakeholders in a large matrix organization. You will use outstanding written and verbal multidisciplinary communication skills to engage subject matter experts through executive stakeholders.

Candidate MUST have at least ONE of the following to be considered for this role:
• TOGAF Certification for Enterprise Architecture Strategy (or equivalent certification)
• Basic Salesforce admin certification: Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant; (Developer skills not required) - Basic 101 certification in a large library of available certifications
• Worked as a Solution / Enterprise / Platform / Data Architect in prior careers.
• Architect who has been Product Managers in prior careers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
**LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!!)**
• 5+ years of product management, product development or product operations experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing mixed teams: business / IT, internal / external, onshore / nearshore / offshore
• 2+ years of experience with customer facing top brand digital product
• 2+ years of roadmap and business planning experience. Experience driving procurement process from identification of options, evaluations and RFI/RFP selection of tools and vendors
• 2+ years of direct managerial experience
• 2 years of payments, financial services or captive finance industry experience preferred
• Ability to inspire art of the possible to improve upon status quo
• Ability to influence executive management with effective verbal and written communications; Strength in advocacy of business/IT needs and user experience
• Development of budget plans, product roadmaps and business plans
• Education: • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
