Location: HYBRID - Torrance, CA 90501
Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID: MUST be able to work ONSITE 2 days a week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Seeking to hire a Senior, Hands-on IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end. This role manages all aspects of the project: vendor contracts, SOWs, scope, budgets, resources, day-to-day team tasks/workload, timelines, and deliverables. The Sr. PM will work closely with Marketing, internal IT teams, business partners and vendors.

Responsibilities include:
� Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the life of the project
� Lead, guide, and support project teams: help prioritize workload; manage scope; remove roadblocks; propose and implement solutions; lead agile ceremonies
� Facilitates meetings and discussions
� Provide written project updates to management
� Create project plans and utilize Jira to manage projects
� Manage budget, resources, deliverables, and risks

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
� 7 years of hands-on experience delivering IT and/or technical projects for all phases of the SDLC.
� Understanding of Martech (Marketing Software and Tools). Having planned, executed, managed and measured Marketing efforts. This encompasses a wide range of applications, platforms, and tools designed to help marketers optimize
campaigns, target customers more effectively, and improve marketing processes.
� Experience working with Marketing and other business stakeholders
� Delivered cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and agencies
� Implemented Agile or hybrid Agile-Waterfall approaches on projects
� Experience using Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
� Experience in Confluence and Jira
� Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to succinctly present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
� Education: Bachelor's Degree

DESIRED SKILLS:

5+ years’ experience delivering marketing projects that include one or more of the following:
- Salesforce ecosystem and products
- Customer data platform (CDP)
- Data privacy management software, e.g., cookie and consent management
- B2C applications
- Analytics
- Worked with Martech tools

� Successfully led and delivered complex, technical enterprise projects
� Experience working with Procurement, Legal. Project Management Office (PMO), and Enterprise Architecture
� Ability to write business requirements when necessary
� SAFe and/or Scrum certified
� Familiar with Waterfall approach
� Automotive industry experience
