Job Skills | For now we have need for a single Workday integration developer with strong skills in all aspects integration development, focusing on Studio, core connectors and EIBs. We utilize Workday web services extensively, so very strong understanding of how to find, build and consume all kinds of web services from most of the Workday stack is essential. Also very strong on XML and XSLT transforms, both creating and debugging. Strong reporting skills comes along for the ride, of course.
As Dwayne mentioned, we’re not moving on the other two positions just yet, but if we do, one would be similar to the above, and the other would be more experienced in benefits and related integrations, including working with vendors, experience managing open enrollment plans, etc.
We use Azure DevOps for work management, so familiarity with Agile and working from user stories is a big plus. If they have some C# and SQL skills focusing on DB and middle tier that would be cool too, but not essential. |
