UI/UX Designer to turn our web client self-service applications into easy-to-use products for our customers. They will gather user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with web/mobile application and wireframes tools. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include:
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with Product Business Owners and the Information and Digital Systems group
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Wireframe designs based off design standards and functionality

Daily Responsibilities Include:
• Work with front-end Dealer portals, interacting with the system (portal), to be able to modify it to make it more user-friendly and to add improvements to it as per the new updates
• Ensure effective and ease of interaction of the Dealer to the portals such as tabs, menus, drop downs, etc.
• Work on multiple Dealer portals that they work on.
• Responsible for moving/migrating their existing portals.
• Assist with the migrating and planning on Salesforce.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Document requirements and provide updates to Product Owners

** Candidate MUST provide a portfolio of design projects**
** Will work on-site from Sept, 2021 for at the most 50% of the time)**

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of UI/UX Designer, interacting, modifying user systems/portals, gathering/defining requirements, designing graphic user interfaces elements and building navigation components.
• MUST have exp with web and mobile applications and expert knowledge of Wireframe tools, Vision (InVision) is what the team is using.
• 2+ years of exp with Salesforce, assisting with migrating and planning
• Experience designing illustrations, using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Ability to research and document UI/UX design and provide feedback on portal functionality
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Effective communication skills, able to align diverse set of stakeholders to the needs of the user and business, and translating formal business /functional requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders across multiple departments
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role
• Education: Bachelors Degree
