Sr. National Manager – EPM Strategic Initiatives is accountable for managing the team supporting new enterprise initiatives such as MFS, RISE, NBO, etc. This role includes setting the vision and strategy for this area, and is a key business partner for groups in Finance and Accounting. The role will work closely with other analytics/BI groups and business partners to drive the Corporate Services strategy and champion the leveraging of data and reporting assets to ensure proper compliance with both regulatory and internal policies.

Reporting to the National Manager- Financial Data & Reporting the person in this role will support the Business Intelligence department's objectives.

This Director/National Mgr will help grow the financial transformations group with in the CFO office, which is part of the Data & Analytics department. They must be a STRONG leader, who is very interactive and ideally comes with proven expertise/experience in financial services industry or has worked for a large Financial corporation.

This resource must have proven experience in all these areas:
1. Technology Leadership: Experience leading and managing outcomes, which includes enabling your management team to achieve goals, providing guidance, mentorship and building trust. They must know how to manage project mgmt teams, ensuring they are successful in meeting their deliverables. They need to have strong technology experience, implementing ERP/SAP HANA around reporting & analytics around General Ledger and all of SAP various financial modules (SQP/ERP Suite). Must understand reporting such as consolidation to the street SSAC and then EPM (Enterprise Performance Mgmt) tool, such has Hyperion
2. People Development: Experience building both domestically and internationally and who is a STRONG people development manager. Understands how to build trust in their staff and keeps them first.
3. Strong Leadership: Has managed large organizations, priorities and resolves conflict between various groups. Able to plan ahead and determine long or short-term impacts across the organization.
4. Process Oriented: Has worked in a highly process driven environment, offering continuous improvements but is also people centric, allowing staff improve and make the process successful.

Responsibilities include:
• Accountable for the successful delivery of projects to deliver on the strategy, including funding, staffing, and adherence to BI and Enterprise policies
• Executes on the strategic direction and vision for the Corporate Services Business Intelligence group, in alignment with Enterprise and BI strategies and priorities
• Closely collaborate with senior management and executives throughout the business to build consensus and ensure success
• Communicate heavily at all levels of the organization
• Be a thought leader in the organization on financial reporting and continually explore new ways to bring efficiency, accuracy and completeness to solution delivery.
• Hire, manage and develop a highly talented team supporting multiple technologies and business areas in a highly regulated environment
• Effectively communicate current capabilities of existing applications including future enhancements
• Clearly articulate application processing, behaviors and dependencies
• Provide technical guidance as needed to technical staff
• Keep abreast of current industry trends and how they may impact internally
• Accountable for ensuring best practices are followed
• Lead governance efforts to respond to questions posed by internal and external regulatory groups related to application processing and functionality
• Approve and actively participate in monthly and quarterly SOX and ITGC control processes
• Attest to team and application adherence to corporate policies and controls
• Manage budget and ensure successful delivery of efforts (on time, in scope, on budget

•• 10+ years of experience as a Senior National Program Manager/Director, having successfully led multi-million dollar programs that delivering SAP ERP and EPM (Enterprise Performance Mgmt) solutions
•• Experience leading large teams/managers and budgets between $3 to $5 million
•• 7+ years of experience working with SAP EPM Product Suite and SAP HANA (GL, AP, AR, FA), around data reporting and analytics, able to build road maps and estimate efforts.
•• Strong working knowledge of Data Reporting & Analytics, understands the context of data when it comes from AP, AR and consolidating it to a ledger and reporting
•• Strong understand of Finance and Accounting processes, understand how books are closed, Payables/Receivables and financial transactions
•• Strong experience with ERP/EPM Data Warehouse data and analytics implementations
•• Experience working with AGILE methodologies/processes
•• Some experience working with Hyperion
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 Suite
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing principles and hands-on development
• Strong knowledge of Data, Integration and Reporting platforms
• Excellent oral communication, presenting and leadership skills
• Must reside locally (Dallas,TX area) or willing to relocate
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance or related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience

Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
•• Experience working in either Financial Services or Automotive industries is HIGHLY desired
•• Experience working with latest version of SAP HANA (1909) is desired
• Certifications: SAP, Oracle, Data Warehouse and/or Cloud
• Agile/Scrum Certified
